   Peace Tree Studio was created in January 2016. The name came from the amount of peace that nature brings me. That is the same energy I strive to create with my clients and those who cross my path. Yoga, Massage, and Holistic Remedies are the way I nurture others to help them find healing and peace. My goal is to assist you in connecting with your ability to heal yourself by offering many experiences.

     I attended Denver Integrative Massage School and love combining many healing techniques. Integrative Thai Yoga Massage is my specialty. Thai Massage originated in Thailand and focuses on the spiritual and physical part of healing. This modality allows for stretching that opens muscles and softens fascia before applying deep pressure if needed. Hot Stones, Cupping, Gua Sha, Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Sound Healing may also be utilized. I strive to create a custom massage to fit your needs.

     Combining a private yoga class with your massage is extremely beneficial for your healing. We create a personal practice for your daily routine that will extend the longevity of your massage allowing for more balance in life mind, body, & soul.

    Yoga is connecting your mind with the body and has endless health benefits. When you take time to heal yourself the ripples of that action can heal the world. Yoga Retreats and Workshops include Meditation, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga, Partner, Family, Group, Kids,  Teen Yoga, and more!

     I have a 300 hour Nutrition Education from The School of Holistic Nutrition Therapy as well as an extensive Herbalism Program. I feel like the foundation to good health is being mindful with what we put on and into our body. I am happy to offer holistic remedies to support your health and enjoy creating awareness in your life with a wellness consultation.

    Hair Artistry is also a practice of mine for over a decade and I enjoy being a part of big events in your life by working my talents on event styles.

    In my free time you will find me outside enjoying many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, climbing, motorcycle riding, and paddle boarding. I truly enjoy practicing Acro Yoga and connecting with my community.
